Can anyone tell me how to activate a second controller for the Big Brain Academy, Thanks

What do you mean?

If yuo mean like syncing the remote, try this:

Take the cover of the second remote, and on the front of your Wii is a flap where the SD card slots in, open that. Behind the cover of the remote should be a red button and again one behind the SD card section thingy. Press these together and you shouldn't have another problem with connected your remotes to any games that don't have a 'Add Control' section!

Hope that helps, whatever game you play when pressing 1 & 2 together it should recognise it as your second wii remote.
