    You don't need to go up there unless you are doing the "purple coins" star from the purple comet.

    When you enter the level and with the purple comet in orbit, a spring will appear near the waterfall that you use to get up there

    Assuming that you read the original thread that was linked (otherwise you wouldn't even know what I needed a hint on), you'd notice that I mentioned several times that I wanted only a hint.
