Wii Bowling Tips Please

My local watering hole is going to have a Wii bowling tournament soon and I need some secret tips. Is getting better just a matter of practice or do you have some secret tips? My high game is only 222. I appreciate your help and tips!!!

Try the training drill where you have to bowl around walls, it will help with spin control.

Find your best position for a strike. I like to aim at the right side and let the spin do all the work, but my friend likes to aim his ball at a slant towards the headpin. Figure out what works best for you.
