Is there a good place to find inexpensive games?
Is it better to go online and pay shipping and handling or shop local?
If local what stores are better than others?

Go to places that you can rent games (i.e. Blockbuster) because they always have games on sale for cheaper. Sure they may be previously played but its still worth it.
Or some of the older games are cheaper since they've been out longer, it just depends on what your looking for.

Anyways, the pricing of the game really depends on a few things.
Developer- Certain developers have higher a higher resell value. Ex) Nintendo games rarely drop in price.
Age- Games that are older will sell for a lower price.
Popularity- Games that people tend to not pick up will likely sell for a cheaper price.
Usage- Games that are used will likely sell for less.
