Don King Boxing (just out)is the best boxing SIM to date on the system. It also has a bunch of workout modes (parts are like playing guitar hero with your fists) and a balance board option. Unlike Wii Sports Boxing, DKB controls actually track punching motions. More on target than Victorious Boxers, which was my fave until now.

I think Punch Out will be more ofan arcade slugfest than a boxing sim when it comes out. What I'd really like to see is a boxing game that uses 2 wiimotes for better hand tracking. (Maybe with 2 motion plus units?)
