11-year old college grad says videogames are "a waste of time"

Video games are a waste of time, but the same thing could be said for watching movies or making a collection. Anything could be a waste of time if you could be doing something more productive instead. But we need time to chill, don't we?

Video games is one kind of entertainment which is used to waste/pass time unless you're doing it for money. Other forms of entertainment are also a waste of time, such as watching tv, going to the movies, sports, comedy shows, clubs, concerts, posting on this thread, etc. are all forms of entertainment which is a waste of time but it's a fun waste of time. A true waste of time would be just sitting there doing nothing.
