Does this game get you physically tired or make you sweat after playing for about 30 mins/1 hr? I'm trying to lose a lil bit of weight. Yes, I also go to the gym but I also want to start playing active games.
Ahhh... it might cause you to leak a small amount of sweat... but I really don't think it'd be an effective workout game.
Like real tennis, if u play it hard, it will work u. Play it like a real match, & u should c results of calories burned and obliques sore.
