    In the sims 3 can you play as a ghost ???

    hi guys.i have a problem.
    my sim died at the 41.day i need to play all 50 days so can i play sim as a ghost ? what do i need to do to resurrect him as a ghost ? i go to the marine surf science lab but nothing happens.is there a way to be a ghost in the sims 3 for the wii not pc the wii version of the game.thx.
    p.s. you know there is no pleasent rest cemetary in the wii version so i can't get the death flower ((
