Can i play UK games on AU wii??

Hi, I bought the wii in australia
the problem is, australia always lacks of games
i felt jealous that all people who got US wii and JP wii enjoy much more games
than we do.

I knew wii is region coded so i cannot play US or JP games.
but how about UK games? does it work on AU wii??

Uk use pal and so does australia so you should be able to play uk games along with any other pal version games

the reason is because
jp wii is ntsc
us wii is ntsc

but actually they don't work each other

yes freeloadewr will let you play any region, short answer uk-au prob not otherwise games would be released at the same time, instead developers spend extra time doing the region coding so Aus usually gets everything last i just want a freeloader for Trauma Centre... only being released in US and Japan just like the ds one PAL gamers miss out. Hey does anyone know if the freeloader voids warranty?

i don't want stupid spongeball on wii....
i don't know why for all games no matter what
DS, Wii, ps2, xbox whatever
they always introduce low quality game
for those good games
it's never show up in Au....or few yrs later.

i cannot believe au is almost worst country in the game industry

Hey man don't be so critical at least we got Wii Play before North America, sure it ain't that great but its the principle that matters
