    keyboard

    this is a fairly rediculous question, but has anyone yet tried just plugging a usb keyboard into the wii and seeing if you can type with it? i know it cant install drivers and all, but you never know.. i wonder what would happen if you hooked the ps2/xbox/cube sharkboard into it..

    im gona try the sharkboard when i get home, since that is compatible with all the last gen models. who knows.

    Hmm surprised no one offiicially not answered this simple ?,

    Can you use a USB querty Keyboard with the Wii?
    really need to be able to, if you are net browsing with it or doing messages etc

    sharkboard had adapters that went on the usb port to go into the controller ports

    I've tried two different USB keyboards... neither functioned. Unless Nintendo supplies hardware drivers for different USB components during system updates, they won't work.
