    Wiimote Question

    I was wondering if there was a way to manually turn off the Wiimote WITHOUT shutting down the system too, and a way OTHER than it just going off from lack of action...(not hitting any buttons)

    but that turns the power off on the console, he means just turn the wiimote off. without it going off on its own from a lack of play.

    Really? When I hold the power on my Wiimote, only the wiimote goes off...strange...

    When I wanna keep my wii on but turn off the wiimote, this is what I do:

    Hit Home
    Click: Wii Remote Settings at the bottom
    Click: Reconnect

    It'll then disconnect all wiimotes until you hit 1 & 2 on each of them
