    is there any way to keep that cool blinking light one
    on the out side of the wii its self

    Ill save you some time. No, there is no current way to keep the light on. Trust me, we've tried everything. However, there are several cooling fans with built in LED's that take the place of the wii stand. The one I got from Gamestop (a gaming store in the US) looks REALLY cool, and I if you like the cool blue led of the wii as much as I do, than I highly suggest you get one.
