    Odd little thing

In the wii settings menu, if I select "wiiconnect24" and get to the next menu screen, moving the wii cursor to the "back" button and pressing it does not make the button sound effect that is present in any other of the menus when the"back" button is pressed. How odd.

Interesting! (no sarcasm) When I get home I want to try this myself. You should get a job as a QA guy!

That does sound interesting (again, no sarcasm). Maybe its some sort of a glitch or there is something wrong with your Wii console.

Well, I've tried every menu and submenu in the entire system and the "wiiconnect24" menu is the only one where the "back" button doesn't make a sound. Weird.

Completely out of the blue...I was updating my internet connection information and the sound of that "back" button became so familiar at one point that it was very noticable when that sound didn't come up in the "wiiconnect24" menu.
