    Help!! User Agreements!!

    I have tried to connect to the internet and I have done everything I was supposed to and when I try to connect to Wii shop, it says you must agree to the user agreements. So I go to the settings and everything and I click on it and it says that I must configure the internet and then come back and click on yes I agree. But it isn't there!! Please help.
