    Rechargeable Batteries

    I have a Rechargeable Wii Remote Batteries and Dock. According to the dock the batteries are recharged but when press the power button the remote doesn't seem to turn on. When I replace the rechargeable batteries with regular batteries the remote works fine. Has anyone come across this problem?

    I figured it out. I started fiddling with the rechargeable batteries with the back cover off and realize there is a connection problem. The battery pack is slightly loose. I cut a small piece of elastic and wedged it on the top of the battery pack so the battery pack will fit closer to the + and - connectors and it worked. No problems now.

    Good thing you solved it. And since you have rechargeable wii batteries, why not ask you: How long does it take for them to charge? I have batteries which charge in 15 minutes, dunno if there's any point in buying wii specific batteries (other than the fact that it looks cool).
