    Wireless GCN controller not working... help !

    Hello there everyone...

    My friend recently bought a wireless GameCube controller, namely Intec G5089. But for some reason, she just can't get it to work and since I've never got my hands on such a controller, I don't know what to tell her to help her. So if you have ANY idea of what may cause the problem, shoot off !

    Note : I posted this in this thread since it may be her Wii's GameCube controller slot causing the problem, and anyway the GameCube thread looks less active.

    Are you sure the controller is sending off the right signal, sometimes you have to change the signal on wireless controllers. usually a switch on the bottom of the controller

    I doubt its the slot, since i have never heard of slot problems before.

    I told her about the possible wheel or anything channel-related, like the Wavebird, but she said there wasn't such a thing on this controller.

    Any other ideas?
