Possible Mod Problem.

I have a D2B Wii Without cut legs. It has the 3.0U Update installed. After Perfect Wired install of chip The wii shows yellow light , but once pressed the power button flashes a green/red color and turns off. BUT once i remove the chip wii works fine. Also the chip is a Wiikey (possibly Clone) the fuse that goes to the hole on the right is gone. So i soldered to the lead going to the main chip. Is my chip bad?
