System Development Kit

Hi Guys im new to this forum so not sure if im posting in the right spot.

I am looking to get a system development kit for the Wii to use as part of my research thesis concerning stroke rehabilitation. Nintendo seem to only release them to game developers. Does anyone know where i could get one?

Also, the Wii remote uses bluetooth and can be hooked to a PC. Many people have written some interesting things that use them.

I would do some research concerning your topic. Really just genral Wii stuff. But what exactly are you gonna use it for again?

Sorry I didnt realise that was the name for it. I thought you meant it was a seperate control specifically for PC's. How can you connect it the PC? So theoretically you could write a PC game and use the Wii remote?

yup. you connect it to a BT compatible pc the same way you do any other BT item.

All you need is a bluetooth dongle and some drivers. Also, a wireless sensor bar
