Guys, I'm just wondering if it's normal to have a little delay? Or is there something wrong with my transmitter/remote? It's most noticeable on the Zelda 'load game' screen, there must be a half a second delay in movement there. Also, when I sit the remote completely still, the pointer on the screen still shakes a bit. What can I do?

How far can wireless go in the house?? I have a 802.11b in my office and there is a bedroom in between my Wii (living room) and wireless router(office). We tried to connect to WiFi last week but the test connection wouldn't work, it just kept saying "testing Connection." I can connect my DS in the office just fine.

Everytime I switch my Wii on, it allows me to read the Health & Safety Screen, I press A to continue then the music kicks in and with in 1 second of cursor movement the pesty thing freezes.
Ninentendo said they were sure its the sensor bar and I've now waited 3 weeks for my replacement, but today I borrowed a sensor bar from a friend and the same problem exsists?
I never had any problems until I brought Red Steel of ebay and I'm sure its a dodgy copy, although it looks lagite?

    I love my:
Wii with Wii Sports, Wii Play, 2 Wiimotes, 2 Nunchucks, 2 Silicon Sleeves (Blue/Pink), Zelda, Rayman Raving Rabbid & Joytech Wii Power Station.

I don't a faulty disk will screw up your wii, I think its just the system. Get a replacement Wii and then trash Red Steel just in case.

    Hey everyone,

Got my working replacement Wii a couple of weeks ago. This was the third Wii Nintendo sent me as the first one was lost by Parcelforce and the second one was faulty. Anyways after having my new one for a few days a parcel arrived at home which was the lost Wii! It has a huge chip out the front of it which is wierd and when I tested it the disk drive has gone completly, no disks will load. So thats 2 Wii's Nintendo have sent me that have been faulty and a total of 4 Wii's I've had lol.

Ah well got a perfectly fine working Wii now. I lost my saves so am working through Twilight Princess for the 3rd time (I bought the Gamecube version whilst waiting for my Wii to arive)

to anyone experiencing crashing/locking up WIIs, just ensure that nothing is voering the air vents. Lock ups are a common results of overheating processors and is true of all computer systems

Failing that sounds like theres some bad firmware going around or somthing

Touch wood, I havn't had any problems with my WII yet

Returning a faulty wii in the UK

    Hi,

Can anyone who's had to return a faulty wii in the UK to

    Nintendo Service Centre
    Codestorm House
    Walton Road
    Farlington
    Hampshire
    PO6 1TR

tell me if you need to send in the whole package or just the console itself?

I rang the customer service line which they tell you to do on their website but just got a recorded message telling me to send it in with a covering note saying what the fault is,no mention of a returns authorisation or whether to send in the whole package (remote, nunchuk wii sport etc) or just the console itself.

So anyone who's returned a wii in the UK, what did you send back?

    Thanks for your help, Rob.

You just have to send in the console itself nothing else. They will probably just send you a new console, it seems that's what they are doing
    Wii Games:

Wii Sports, Wii Play, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, Big Brain Academy, Excite Truck, Wario Ware: Smooth Moves, Mario Strikers Charged Football, Trauma Center, Eledees, Red Steel, Rayman Raving Rabbits, Monster 4X4, Harry Potter OOTP, The Godfather: Blackhand Edition, SSX Blur, Scarface, Call of Duty 3, Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam, Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz, Sonic and the Secret Rings

Can anyone give me Nintendo UK's customer service phone number please?
I'd check the website but its blocked at work.

My Wii died at some point last week, it has the problem where it turns on, but no signal seems to reach the TV and the wiimote only flashes a bit, nothing else.
