I see alot of people having issues with their Wii sensor bar, and the only thing I'm wondering is if you have the placement of the bar right at the edge of surface you have it on. Remember the sensor bar has a raduis to pickup signal so try to stick it out 3mm more (like as if it is about to fall off the surface you have it on) for it to pickup the signal when you are positioned below the bar.

I did wonder myself if it was the adapter that was faulty. I bought it off ebay so my own fault i suppose
Oh well, better get back on and look for the WiFi adapter now then!! Oh, does it have to be a Nintendo one or will any make do?
