Wireless Guitar Transponder

Hello everyone-

We have had our Rock Band for about a years and this week the wireless transponder will not hold a connection with the guitar. While we are in the middle of the song it will just losse a connection and the "dongle" will begin to blink and all four of the lights on the guitar will blink.

Here is what we have tried so far:
* we swapped the guitars and have the same problem
* changed batteries in both guitars
* reset the guitars to the unit
* swapped ports on the "router"

All other items are working properly.

I have done a search but have not had any luck.

Any ideas?
