    Vertical without the stand?

    Does anyone know if it's safe to stand the Wii vertically without the extra stand? I'm not so much worried about the thing tipping over, as I'm mainly worried about the thing overheating (seems there is a vent on the vertical bottom).

    I dont think it should be a problem the Wii doesnt get very hot but I think the stand makes it look better

    The Wii has little rubber feet that it sits on when you have it horizontal.
    1st in line @ Sears, and waited in line only 30 minutes at 9 a.m. -I love my Wii
