From Europe to North America

Hi, hello to everyone, I am new.
I have a big problem. I bought two Christmas ago a Wii console in Europe, Sweden, but since last December I have been living in Canada. I am not able to see it in my tv right now and to use it again. Do you have any idea how to solve this problem. Is it related with the voltage, with the television set up. Is there any way to solve it. Thank you very much in advance. My games are PAL system, I do not know if it matters.
