    I though 4.0 supported SDHC...

    Recently bought a 4gb SD card, (this one) put some pictures on it, (so I know it wasn't DOA) and the wii is telling me it cannot be used....?

    I have the latest update so I'm not sure what the deal is.

    help?

    I tried resetting and it didn't work, and then I just turned it off, unplugged and replugged and now it works. It seems that the photo channel doesn't support SDHC yet and by trying to use it with a SDHC card messes up the whole wii as far as reading from the SD slot (until you reset, that is).

    Try reformatting it, sometimes that fixes weird bugs like that.

    4.0 only supports up to 2 gig SD cards.
    It supports up to 32 gig SDHC cards.
    A 4 gig SD would not be supported.

    Likewise, but make sure it's either Fat32 or Fat16 and not NTFS.
