Not reading Disc

Hi Everyone
I am having a problem with the disc being read. i have tried several discs, even new ones and I keep getting the same message 'Unable to read disc-read owners manual'


Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

when i first had mine, I put the disc in the wrong way, flip it over
if not that, was it a used one? if so i could be a problem with the wii itself, i also know older models of the wii, couldnt read ssbb since it had such a high encryption, i hope this helps

Your lens is probably dirty

For this you can do 1 of 2 things

1.Buy an official lens cleaner at your local gamestore should cost 9.99.

2.If you still have your warranty send it in to nintendo,go to their site & it'll explain how to do it.
Then they'll give you a free fed-ex shipping label that you can print so you could send it to nintendo asap.
This process could take 1-2 weeks it all depends on the problem.
