    Screw sensors candles all the way

    a video has popped on YouTube showing not only can you have a Wii without the sensor bar you can also use candles as a replacement pretty cool If you ask me what do you guys think

    I doubt it really works. Unless candles send out IR rays. And even if it did who is gonna put candles on their TV.

    scientifically speaking, light sends out IR rays no matter what. IR transmitters just transmit that one wavelength of IR light in a more concentrated state.

    Actually you can unplug the sensor bar all together and wiimote will still work. No candles no nothin.

    Could you elaborate? I've unplugged the sensor bar and I don't see the on-screen pointer at all.
