2 Questions for HDTV need help

Hi there

Was thinking about buying a Wii but i have 2 questions i need answered first.

1. Hows the picture on a HDTV ? I will use the component cable is the picture clear such as no blur.

I am not expecting graphics up to the same standard as other consoles just hoping to get a clear picture if this makes sense.

2. Do Wii light gun games work ok on a HDTV such as house of the dead overkill and resident evil darkside etc.

When using the hand cannon or zapper.

If you have the capabilities, use the HD settings. They give you a clearer picture, just like anything moving from 480i to 480p

2. Do Wii light gun games work ok on a HDTV such as house of the dead overkill and resident evil darkside etc.

There is no "light gun" per se. They all use the wii remote which is not affected by the tv you use. The "light gun" on this console is just a snap in attachment to the wii remote.

yes, my wii looks great on my 63" hdtv in widescreen 480p with component cables.
