Will wii work in India

Hi All,

I am currently located in Copenhagen and planning to buy a Nintendo Wii. What are the problems would i face if i take this Wii to India on a later point in time. All comments on this are highly appreciated.

You would need a new plug-in. Unless you can find a an adapter for it.

Mine was also purchased from Europe (UK). Since the Voltage is same (220VAC) as in India there was no need to buy any power adapter.It works natively here.You will just need a 20 Rs for a plug adapter.

Iantian: I was told that i could play only games purchased from Denmark / Europe and not anything else. I wasnt aware of that concept. What would happen if i purchase a wii game from India and try to play with a wii console brought in Denmark? Will it play or something like region locked

Every few weeks, you will want to give it a little extra maintenance; generously sprinkle coarse salt over the surface of the board, and rub it with a sliced lemon. This will help remove stains and odors.
