    Hooking Wii up to PC monitor?

    I googled this and an old thread from 2006 popped up. It seemed dated and quite frankly I did not understand.<br><br>I have a PC monitor in my living room and I'm using it as a TV and it's hooked up to AT&amp;T U-verse. It's an ACER LCD. 1920x1080 Full HD DVI HDCP. I already have the Heavy duty Wii AV Component cable. And I'm going to get speakers to hook into the U-verse cable box.

    What else do I need and in laymen's terms?

    I want the absolute CHEAPEST option please!
