Oops! Changed my tv settings and now have no picture!

I was just trying to change the tv settings because I moved my wii from a 4:3 tv to a widescreen and I accidentally changed it to a different tv type (I think it had something to do with the hertz?) and now I have sound but no image!

Any ideas as to how I can change it back? I can't see what I'm doing to access the menus.

Power on the Wii and then hold down the "down" button on the directional pad of the Wii Remote and while holding it down, press reset.
