    Everything is in black and white!

    Maybe it is because we are trying to set it up in the middle of the night - but everything seems to be hooked up / set-up correctly yet our games only play in black and white. No color is a bummer!

    Please help!

    This sounds like a situation with your television. If you have the manual for it, it should tell you how to adjust the settings. If not, try checking the setup menu on your television.
