really need help please anyone

hello i am a newbie here and i just got my wii today i tried connecting my wii to my wireless network butit wont let me with the security(wep and wpa) on. i tried with the security on and i entered in my wep key on the wep bar and tried the connection but it does not wor. dos anybody have any ideas on how to use it without taking off the security off. thank you

i have a WEP lock on at my boyfriends house with his router, try whiping out all the connections (delete them) on the wii

and then search for your router and make sure you accurately put in the numbers. when i did it it also didnt connect for me.

i had to delete it and start over to later realized i left out a letter.

give that a shot....

thanks very much for your quick reply i will try asap. i also want to know does it matter if i put in my wep code in lowercase letters or should i put them exactly as it says on my router.thanks
