problem when trying to connect!

Hi i recently bought Wii and when im trying to connect to the internet i get an error insted first i thoght it was the password on the router cous i did't remember wich was the password Mac adress or the S/N so i tried both and it did't work what is it im missing???? plz help me

i had that problem i think wen i tried to connect with my ds so then i got a usb connector for my pc and everything works
