    Datel LAN Adapter help; can't find anything on this!

    I just got the LAN adapter from Datel for my girlfriend who is just moved into college (no wireless, just ethernet). I contacted the IT department and gave them the Wii's MAC address and they registered it. When it didn't connect I noticed that on the screen where you find the MAC address there is also a "LAN MAC address". However, it was darkened and read all 0's. I couldn't figure out how to get the Wii to assign the LAN a MAC address.

    How can I do this? Need answers quickly!!!

    i have a lan adapter, i didnt have to do any mac addy registering, i just hooked up the ehternet and i was set. i aint much of a nerd when it comes to wii, did u try to contact the datel customer service
