Need help. Error 32002.

I tried to do some VC titles today, and it said I need a System Update. I go to do it, and it goes right to it, meaning I am connected to the internet. However, the update only goes about a centimeter each attempt and Error 32002 comes out. I've tried just about everything.

I've reconfigure my connection several times, I restarted my Wii, I gave it an hour break to let it "try again later," I changed to wired connection, and I've done a manual setup. Still, nothing. What would you guys recommend?
