    LAN adapter and wireless router

    so if you get a wireless router then do you have to get a LAN adapter for it to connect your wii?

    I think I understand your question....if your house has a router and wireless internet connection you don't need the LAN adapter, the Wii has a wireless card built in.

    if you get a wireless router, you need nothing else to connect your wii to the internet.
