Club Nintendo Help Needed Please!

Hello im new!

thought i'd ask, hope this is the right place to post!

i have joined up to club nintendo via my pc, and as ive bought games i have registered them to get the stars. now when i go to sign in on my nintendo wii to convert the stars to points to spend in the wii shopping channel, it doesnt let me! ive re-entered a new password as it said on the online help place that it is letter/number sensitive, but still no avail.

has anyone else had this problem, or is it just little old me?

The starpoints cant be converted unless you have bought wii points on the catalouge

to get onto the online catalogue, you need to have signed onto the wii with your email & password. that is the thing i cant do
