    Upgrading router firmware DOES help

    Just so some of you know, if you can't get wiiconnect24 to work, and the error code is one that suggest possibly upgrading your routers firmware, do it. I just got a new linksys the other day because my netgear super G has been dying on me. And as soon as i upgraded the firmware on it, wiiconnect24 was working and now I can go to the shop and everything.

    I would also suggest checking mac address filtering. That was my problem and some of my friend's problem

    lol mine didn't work because my phone was on the same frequency channel as my router so the wireless for my wii only worked when my phone antenna was pointed towards the wii and the phone was by my router, fixed easily by changing my router channel from 6 to 11.

    Lethal -> www.linksys.com ?? then just look up your router

    (your model No. will be on the box or on your router setup page) and just download the firmware.
