    Mobile USB Internet Signal used for Wii Internet Connection?

    I am hoping someone can help me out or "dumb it down" for me?...after reading several threads I've found that I am network challenged. I recently purchased a Nintendo Wii and am trying to get it connected to the internet. I have Verizon Mobile USB Broadband for my laptop and want to know if there is a way I can pick up this signal on my Wii?

    The only way I could think of is a discontinued Nintendo USB Wi-Fi adapter dongle.

    I'm in the same boat as you. Live in a rural area, living off EV-DO at home, while I have super-secure-no-routers-allowed-VPN-only internet at school.

    I have a third party version in the post as I speak, so hopefully it works well for both of us!
