Cannot access Shop Channel

Has anyone else had problems with their "Account Activity" in the Shop Channel? I added 2000 points and bought Mario 64 on the 19th... Shortly thereafter, extra transactions appeared in my account activity which I didn't make. It happened again yesterday. I should really have 1000 points, but due to the extra transactions I have 2600 points! I'm not one to look a gift horse in the mouth, but still, if I spent it I could be taking money from someone else. Has this happened to anyone else? I tried e-mailing Nintendo, but they told me to call, and of course I can't get through.

I wouldn't complain too much unless you start getting deducted points. That is an interresting issue, though.

I agree, it's nice, but I know it isn't right, so I need to talk to them about it. I'm just curious to know if anyone else had the same problem.

Well, I just talked to a Nintendo representative (finally!) and he said that it couldn't be a problem on their end (which can't possibly be true). So I asked him if I could just spend those points then, and he said yes. *shrug*
