How can I get the downloading game setings to go away ?On COD 4

I click play online then it says dwnloading game settings then it hoes into error 33

OK check you network connection then try going online , it will take some while like 1-2 min the you will be in the lobby

Try to wait some seconds wen you hit multiplayer, if ypu notice it gets a bit laggy there, he is comunicating with the game server's or something like that, if u wait like 15 sec you dont get that error .
