does anyone have a electivire shiny non-shiny i dont care just a low level one not fifty atleast thirty or 20

electivires lowest level is lv 30 something i think 36 or whenever Elekid evolves into Electibuzz unless u use AR and im not releasing them thats stupid and i dont wanna EV train my own pokemon cuz i have better things 2 do then sit down playing pokemon for like an hour
