This is more of a breeder's question,

I have a pair of near perfect IV'd pokes, male and female
24 31 31 31 31 30 Male
24 31 31 31 31 30 female

The goal here, since no hidden power will be used, is for full 31's [to be used as a progenitor for other pokes so hopefully male]

Every so often the IV spread ends up looking like a 7 3/4 1 is inserted into the IVs and the rest are then pretty good. Can any one explane that? [it inserts it self into the code every 3rd poke aprox]

Why is that occurring? HP, the one stat I'm fighting with the most (i started with perfect stats and a 12 in hp) always rolls to 4, 12, 16, or 24....is their a specific die roll that I am not aware of?

you wanna get perfect IV's for breeding? Lulz try ta get a pokesaver to get ya a ditto wif good nature and perfect IV's -.- I think that's the only way....Cuz it is a one in 1.073.741.824 chance to get one with perfect IV's.

Actually, at this point, I'm going to consider my speed to be 31 (even though they are both 30), now with that being said, I want a HIGH HP (28-31) however, considering my chances
x/31/31/31/31/31 + x/31/31/31/31/31 = 1:79 432
So, in short slimi, don't go spiting numbers at me that you are just jizzing around, I know the exact probabilities I am working with.
