Ok, this should be my new team....revised many times.
Meganium @ Light Clay
Support/ Status
Hasty
Overgrow
-Light Screen
-Reflect
-Synthesis
-Earthquake
Bannette @ Life Orb
Status/ Physical Sweep
Hasty
Frisk
-Sucker Punch
-Will-O-Wisp
-Pain Split
-Thunder Wave
Umbroen @ Leftovers
Special Wall/ Status
Synchronize
-Wish
-Protect
-Toxic
-Pursuit
Dragonite @ Life Orb
Physical Sweeper
Inner Focus
Adamant
-Fire Punch
-Thunder Punch
-Earthquake
-Outrage
Gliscor @ Focus Sash
Support/ Sweeper
Hyper Cutter
Adamant
-Swords Dance
-Roost
-Ice Fang
-Baton Pass
Infernape @ Life Orb
Sweeper
Blaze
Naughty
-Flare Blitz
-Close Combat
-Grass Knot
-U-Turn
The basic idea for this team is to send Meganium in first to post the barriers, then send Umbreon to waste some of the pokes with status problems. After that, Bannette comes in and sweeps a poke, while inflicting a burn/pain split on another poke. By now, their team should be sufficiently mixed, and I throw in Gliscor. Gliscor soaks up shots while using SD and Roost. Focus Sash is so he can launch a SD against an Ice Type. After the SD, I use Baton Pass to switch onto either Infernape or DNite.
This way, either DNite or Infernape comes in with pumped stats already, disregarding the need for DD on DNite. Then, I can Sweep the rest of their team with either of them, using the wide coverage moves I set them with. If one dies, I can possibly throw Gliscor again, setting up the next for a Sweep.

You can go with double status on Banette and give him t-wave. He needs to drop life orb. Banette can't sweep for crap.
Gliscore needs an impish nature.
IceFang/EQ/SR/Roost
Dragonite really isnt much without DD and thunderpunch is for those waters that an atracking Dnite should be avoiding with him anyway since most of 'em carry ice moves. I see you trying to compensate with Life Orb but it's still not worth it.
Meganium won't survive long in OU and even in UU, not long with hasty.
Bold is your best bet with him.
Your team is full of wallish pokes and you have an agonizing ice weakness (and only 5 pokes)
Banette and Meganium have to go if there is to be any hope at all.

Dragonite doesnt have the speed to seeep without some sort of boost. That's why DD is needed.

Here, Ive made this team specifically for battleing with my freinds, not competetive. Id still like your guys' opinion.
Dusknoir:
Leftovers
Adamant
Pressure
Tank
HP: 238
Atk: 254
Def: 310
SpAtk: 139
SpDef: 312
Spe: 123
-Will-O-Wisp
-Thunderpunch
-Ice Punch
-Pain Split
Basically, Dusknoir is meant to be the starter, using his impressive defenses and good Atk to pound away at the opponents team. Will-O-Wisp speaks for itself, and I chose Thunderpunch and Ice Punch for type coverage, with Pain Split being his, albeit mediocre, healing move. Leftovers to keep his hear beating longer.
Spiritomb:
Leftovers
Careful
Pressure
Tank
HP: 242
Atk: 215
Def: 241
SpAtk: 188
SpDef: 291
Spe: 102
-Taunt
-Pursuit
-Will-O-Wisp
-Pain Split
Again, Spiritomb is meant in this set to function like Dusknoir, soaking hits while burning away at the team, making them pay with the Taunt, throwing an occassional Pursuit on fleeing opponents and sapping their health with Pain Split.
Bannette:
Lagging Tail
Adamant
Frisk
Status + Atk = Pain
HP: 290
Atk: 310
Def: 193
SpAtk: 170
SpDef: 178
Spe: 191
-Sucker Punch
-Will-O-Wisp
-Trick
-Grudge/Destiny Bond
Basically with Bannette, my idea consits of using Trick after Frisking the foe in order to make them the latter in speed. On the following turn, depending on the damage the foe has taken along with the item Bannette obtains, either a Burn or Sucker Punch. Once Bannettes health drops too low, Grudge will ensure a weakened target for the switch in, either that, or it will force the opponent to switch out. This poke works much like a suicide if I use Destiny Bond, taking the foe with me. Either way, Bannette will be able to mix up my opponent, allowing me a deeper peer into their team.
Froslass
Petaya Berry
Timid
Snow Cloak
Special Sweeper
HP: 269
Atk: 212
Def: 170
SpAtk: 236
SpDef: 192
Spe: 269
-Substitute
-Thunderbolt
-Ice Beam
-Shadow Ball
froslass w/Petaya Sub makes a good Sweeper, and BoltBeam gives excellent coverage with Shadow Ball covering others.
Umbreon:
Leftovers
Gentle
Synchronize
Sp. Wall/ Status/ Support
HP: 344
Atk: 163
Def: 251
SpAtk: 141
SpDef: 345
Spe: 170
-Protect
-Wish
-Toxic
-Pursuit
Umbreons job is too wall Special users while taking them out via Toxic-WishProtect combo. Pursuit to get those who try to run. Kind of a backup generator, this Umbreon can ensure my survival simply by stalling until the foes faint from poison.
Gengar:
Focus Sash
Quiet
Levitate
Sweep
HP: 276
Atk: 150
Def: 172
SpAtk: 327
SpDef: 157
Spe: 243
-Dark Pulse
-Thunderbolt
-Ice Beam
-Explosion/ Destiny Bond
Gengar is sort of the creme de la creme of the team, boading an overwheling SpAtk and great coverage, along with a suicide move to take something with it if needed. Im leaning towards Explosion over Destiny bond because Explosion will get the job done much quicker without relying on the opponent to kill him.
Obviously this team has a strong weakness to Dark, but because of all the status inflictors, walls, and suicide bombers, they should not be a problem. Unless of course I fight an entire team of Dark types. rofl
