This moveset is... uh, unintentionally grand for Doubles. Enjoy your challenge, bro.

Quick fact:
beating a dark type with ralts, except with burnning is immposible ,unless done with Technical machines, In the third generation.

CHALLENGE UPDATE!
So, I did all the starting crap, saved Professor Birch, got the Mudkip, named it Kiproy, beat May, and got onto Route 203. Being the genius that I am, I decided that it would be a good idea to go Ralts hunting for half an hour. Then I remembered that I changed it to Swampert. I found a Zigzagoon that I was going to use for HM slaves, brought it down to red health, and somehow failed 3 Pokeballs, and lost. TO A ZIGZAGOON. After teaching Wally how to throw balls, I considered catching Tailow for Fly, but decided to go with the useless ball of fluff that is Swablu for a HM slave. In Petalburg Woods, I caught a Slakoth for a Strength slave. I noticed my Zigzagoon had an item, so I took it and guess what it was: A RARE CANDY. He made up for wasting 3 Pokeballs earlier, so I was happy. Obviously, I gave it to Kiproy. I took care of the Twins on Route 204, and got Cut from Cutter in Rustboro. I went to the Gym, spit some water on Roxanne's Geodude and Nosepass, and Mudkip evolved and learned Mud Shot! I also taught it Rock Tomb using the TM. I thought was a good place to stop, so here we are!

Can I do more than one challenge at once? If so, I would like a Scramble/Moveset challenge pl0x. I'll be doing it on Pokemon Black. Also, I'd prefer not to use a starter.

I got bored, and decided to play more. So yeah. In all my marvelous wonder, I forgot to save. That's good. I'm a girl now. I have a habit of mashing B instead of A, so I also didn't get to name Mudkip. This is going SO WELL. As if that wasn't enough, I LOST TO ROXANNE. Yup. I need to pay more attention to my PP count. AND I DECLINED MUD SHOT. At this, I restarted, and hoped for a less fail run. It was a less fail run, thankfully. I beat all of the guys on route 116, and the Magma Grunt in the cave. After rescuing PEEKO, I went to Mr Briney's ship, and went to Dewford Town. I went ahead and delivered the letter to Steven first, because I felt like it. I utterly DESTROYED Brawly's Pokemon, and set off to Slateport City. I went into the Seashore House, beat up the trainer's Pokemon, and spent all my money on Soda Pops. I delivered the GOODS to Capt. Stern, and set off on Route 110. I skipped the Trick House(or at least tried to), I never liked that place. Needless to say, Brendan was a HUGE pain with his Grovyle, but I managed after going back to the TRICK HOUSE . I spit mud at Wally's Ralts, and went inside the MAUVILLE GYM. Of course, I curbstomped the whole gym. After that, I got Rock Smash from the scientist dude and went up to route 111. I challenged the Winstrates, and I curbstomped 'em. I fought a few trainers, reached level 31, and learned Take Down. I got through the Firey Path, and got onto Route 113. Literally nothing but Spindas there. I just ran straight past Fallarbor town, not even stopping to heal. On route 114, I caught a Swablu, and made him my Private Jet. (you're welcome CK ) In Meteor Falls, I met Prof. Cosmo, and backtracked ALL THE WAY to route 112. I beat Team Magma, and Kiproy evolved! After that, I went to Lavaridge. I went inside Flannery's gym, and whooped everyone's butt. With Water Gun, no less. After beating up Flannery, I went back to Petalburg, picking up the Bike and Strength on the way. I also stopped and sold all my TMs. In the Petalburg gym, Swampert reached level 39 and learned Muddy Water. (which I will be promptly replacing with surf) When I got to Norman, his attacks doing way more than I expected them to do. Because I only had Soda Pops for healing items, I could barely heal fast enough. I taught Surf to Kiproy, and stopped now that I have my first permanent move.

So I didn't do much this session. I just got Ice Beam from the Abandoned Ship, and beat up Courtney at the Weather Institute. I took the Mystic water off of Castform and gave it to Kiproy. I beat up Brendan and taught Fly to Swablu.

Make no mistake, that post like is 'cause you're runnin' through that Challenge at mach speed, not 'cause of a certain bird I dread.

Thanks guys! I actually like using Altaria, just not Swablu. I've never used Obamasnow, and I used Jynx once, so this will be fun! I just need 3 more pokes! Also, when does the challenge end? After Ghetsis, after Alder, or after Cynthia?

I believe your challenge ends after beating ghetsis because he is technically the last battle of the storyline.
