Sapphire, scramble, water monotype, no items run - UPDATE 2 (FINALLY)

Well hello everyone! Haven't been active at all recently due to big exams coming up, but had some quality (and missed) 'mon time tonight. Then I remember, its a no items challenge! It is insanely difficult for me to make the transition from being a total pack-rat. Having said that, it is ridiculous how much time you save by not having to visit every house in a town, just to maybe get a potion that you don't need, and is quite a time saver! However I do have some questions regarding the more nittier, grittier rules.
Question 1. HMs. Ok so you are allowed to use them, because they are essential to the plot. But does that mean you can only teach it to one 'mon on a team? Because a team of water pokemon with terrible and narrow movesets would all greatly benefit from Surf and Waterfall! :P
Question 2. The bike. Ok so you aren't allowed to use fly because it isn't essential. You can only use items like the pokemon flute, at times when they are essential. If this means that I can only use the bike to climb up Mt chimney etc, and nothing else... well that is the most evil thing that I could imagine!

RIGHT. Let's get down to business. (it's a gif, though there is nothing wrong with just will smith) The Official Pokemon Challenge Thread - Black/White Edition-336.gif

Don't be a damn English Nazi. Not 'less it's as a joke, which it clearly ain't. Worse yet that it's completely irrelevant and off-topic.

Don't forget you make occasional mistakes yaself.

I hate addin' in technicalities like that, so I simply revised the rules a tad. So yeah, the No Items Challenge rules have been updated. Y'all give it a quick read.

Pokemon Soulsilver Scrambled/Moveset/Monotype Challenge, Update #2

I went through the Ilex Forest. Then I spent all my money gambling for 2 TM62 (Silverwind). I used one of these on Ledyba, then I defeated all trainers above Goldenrod city, which actually was pretty hard becasause there were a lot of electro Pokemon and a Marill with Roll Out (just giving me a taste of the upcoming gym -_-) I participated in the bug catching contest to get a Butterfree. Sadly I didn't win to get a Dusk Stone. I traded a Murkrow egg, hatched it and then started to train it for Whitney. When my Pokemon were lvl17 I challenged her and failed 2 times in a row because Roll Out hit 8 times in a row, so I decided to evolve Zubat and train Murkrow to lvl 20. The next time I fought Whitney Miltank didn't even use Roll Out so I finaly managed to win by using switching between Golbat and Murkrow when they got attracted and then finishing it with Pidgeotto's Quick Attack. Now I am playing in the Pokeathlon to get a Dusk Stone. Still nothing on November the 5th

Derp. I meant Wing Attack. I think I just merged it with Night Slash

Nice. That'll give Night Slash a 25% chance of being a critical hit! I was hoping you'd get Super Luck.

With STAB and base 125 Attack as a Honchkrow, Night Slash will do so much. Especially with all those crits you'll get!

    Pokemon White Challenge Update #1:

The adventure has finally begun! I chose Oshawott (for obvious reasons) and made my way to Striaton. After slaughtering the single Purrloin N had, Smoochum managed to beat its way through the trainers guarding the Striaton Gym (thank god for Sweet Kiss). Unfortunately, I forgot to heal her up afterwards, so she fainted against Cilan's Pansage. Swinub had a crapload of trouble as well, but I crit-froze the green primate demon on my first shot. Pretty great, except for Swinub's dismal Spc. Atk. I eventually just opted to spam Powder Snow until it fainted.

After claiming the well-earned Trio badge, I made my way to the day care, where I became a complete and utter bully (Smoochum OHKO'ing everything in sight). And that was where my day ended off.

    Pokemon:
    Smoochum (lv. 14)
    Powder Snow
    Pound
    Sweet Kiss
    Lick

    Swinub (lv. 13)
    Powder Snow
    Mud Sport
    Tackle
    Odor Sleuth

    Oshawott (lv. 6)
    SURF SLAVE

    Pansear (lv. 10)
    CUT SLAVE
"Guns don't kill people. No, the only way to surefire kill a person is to chop off their heads."
"But then why do we use firing squads instead of the guillotine?"
    "... Because shut up."

Pokemon Soulsilver Scrambled/Moveset/Monotype Challenge, Update #3

After changing the time a thousand times to get the Dusk Stone as price at Pokeathlon didn't work I gave up on that for now and continued playing. I made my way to Ecrutaek City and defeated all trainers as I usually do. After healing my Pokemon I visited the burned down tower. With my team the rival was
relatively hard, especially with his Magnemite (or was it Magneton already?) I put it to sleep with Butterfree (Sleep Powder+Compoundeyes=Awesome ) and then attacked it with Silverwind after I healed the damage it has done to me. I didn't have anything effective against his other Pokemon but it worked out well anyways. After I chased the Legendairies away I defeated most of the trainers I can reach with Butterfree to get it ready for the gym. Thanks to the gym trainers it learned Psybeam and so the leader wasn't very hard. I put his Gengar to sleep and took it out with 2 Psybeams thanks to a critical hit. All his other Pokemon were down after one hit or 2 hits after he healed them and his last one even helped me with Curse. Butterfree now is overlevelt so it won't fight for a while. While I was fighting in the lighthouse Golbat already evolved into Crobat because it had Soothe Bell since I found the item.

    Ledian lvl22 (Brave) with Swarm
    -Reflect
    -Silver Wind
    -Headbutt
    -Lightscreen

Crobat lvl23 (Bashful) with Inner Focus
    -Wing Attack
    -Confuse Ray
    -Bite
    -Leech Life

Pidgeotto lvl22 (Sassy) with Tangled Feet
    -Roost*
    -U-Turn*
    -Gust
    -Quick Attack

    Butterfree lvl26 (Docile) with Compoundeyes
    -Psybeam
    -Silverwind
    -Shadow Ball*
    -Sleep Powder*

Murkrow lvl23 (Careful) with Super Luck
    -Wing Attack*
    -Night Shade
    -Pursuit
    -Haze

    *Set attacks by challenge

Damnit, I forgot t' make the movesets. ;_; Now I'm bloody tired... won't forget again tomorrow, as I'll sleep on it 'n likely have movesets in mind when I wake up.

... Either way I blame Red Dead Redemption.
