Can you get a Magmar with Thunderpunch? I would have really liked Cross Chop, but I don't think I can get two, since he starts with three attacks.

My personal focus is always attack; there's always a situation where you needed to hit just five more HP, and that's a KO. Garchomp is bulky as is so it's unlikely you'll be at a point where that 1 HP IV saves you, and so long as your speed IV isn't garbage, random speed EVs should give you the jump on pretty much every Pokemon in-game that doesn't have a +Speed nature; well, aside from Accelgor.

Why in god's name do you want two physical moves on a Magmortar? Because it has no other options? You could instead, I dunno... Choose a better Pokemon? :P Much as I'd like to see you fail. I told ya that Magmortar is bloody suicide for a No-Item (... TM) Nuzlocke.

Oh... Didn't realize ya started the challenge. Well, since I'm the one who talked ya into it, it'd be rude of me to make you get your first badge all over again, so no, you can just swap Pokemon and continue it as is. It's not like you've had the Dratini for very long anyways.

I'm only gonna warn people 'bout failing a Nuzlocke if their choice for the single combination is legitimately hopeless. I'll give advice if asked for, but I ain't gonna give anyone a list of excellent Pokemon to choose from. :P

'Mence would work, though it's Slow growth rate is undesirable. It'd be a poor choice if Bagon was as terrible as, say, Dratini (in either moves or stats).
