Challenge Update

Grabbin' my new useless evolution of a Magikarp from the box (should'a just left it, really), made my way off to the Rocket hideout just north of Mahogany's center. Crushed all the Rockets responding to the security alarms, crushed every other rocket, got me some passwords and headed off to take out Petrel. He obviously didn't stand a chance; and nor did Ariana.

Turns out Pryce's team wasn't as deadly as I thought (Piloswine was only lv. 34, and his other Pokes didn't have Water moves), so I went ahead and stomped his gym trainers. He wasn't much bigger of a deal: Seel was OHKO'd, as was Dewgong. Piloswine just barely took an Earthquake, but his countering Blizzard missed; not that it'd KO Rhyhorn anyways. One more EQ, and the match is done. Glacier badge get!

Hastily traversed back to Cianwood to finally take on Chuck. Both his Primeape and Poliwrath ate an Earthquake and were done with; Poliwrath was just too low a level in comparison. Storm badge get! With Fly in hand and now taught to my Pidgey, I'm ready to go hand some more Rockets their asses. But that's for the next update; healed up 'n saved. Rhyhorn is currently lv. 44.

Started off in Celadon city, forgot to update my last post but I haven't been paying attention to the Route names lately. Started off by clearing the game corner of Team Rocket and beating Mafi- I mean Team rocket leader Giovanna with little to no effort. Headed to Pokemon tower and quickly cleared that by abusing Rock slide on everything as nothing else would work on them ghosts.

After doing that and saving Mr Fuji I sprinted back to Celadon, bought some supplies which I might need and headed to the gym. Ended up laughing at the old paedo outside the gym and headed inside to show the girls how real men do it with their ground type pokemon. Needless to say Sandslashes manliness was too much and the grass type pokemon were felled easily with OHK Slashes.

Headed back to Lavender after claiming the Rainbow badge and started going through Route 12, was instantly hit hard by my low PP moves as i've taken damage over long time sustain so I had to make a few Poke Centre runs. After clearing pretty much the entire route and reaching Fucshia City I saved in the Poke Centre after healing Sandslash and called it a day due to hunger kicking in.

I feel dumb, but when did you complete your Electivire solo no item Nuzlocke bad boy?

Anyway...Started off in Fucshia City and instantly headed for the Gym, Koga and the Gym trainers we're no match for Sandslashes poison resistant scales. After that I headed to the Safari Zone to get Surf and taught it to Wartortle (hence my starter as im too lazy to get a water type). Afterwards I cleared the routes and wandered around doing random things such as getting the bike and I got something else that I can't remember (play session was a few hours ago). Anyway i'm gonna head to Saffron city to tackle Sarbina who should be a snooze if my Sandslash does enough physical damage.

Ok managed to make A little progress today. Went to Route 48 and caught Girafarig. I got him up 3 levels then it was time for work.
My team is all around level 30 except for Girafarig at level 24.

Challenge Update

Made my way to the Radio Tower and bashed in the heads of quite a few Rockets' Pokes. Leveled up a few times along the way, and Rhyhorn learned Stone Edge over Take Down (might as well maximize damage when both moves' accuracy is poor enough as is). It's low PP is worrying though, and I ended up visiting the Goldenrod Center prior to heading down into the Department Store's basement.

Did some damage calcs and Rhyhorn's Earthquake at level 48 was definitely enough to OHKO Silver's Feraligatr; not to mention I even outsped it. The rest of his team was OHKO'd as well, and it was an easy enough victory.

Got my card key, visited the center again and revisited the tower. Unfortunately, the first Rocket I battled poisoned Rhyhorn with his Weezing's Sludge (Stone Edge missed... ... ...), so back to the center again. =/ Forced my way through the rest of 'em as well as Executives Proton and Adriana, and just to be sure, visited the center AGAIN.

Turns out I didn't need to, since Archer's Houndoom was absolutely pathetic. He lost miserably and Team Rocket is disbanded once more. Woohoo... Silver Wing get! Not that it's at all important.

Healed up 'n saved here. Rhyhorn's currently lv. 49.

Quick update: Found out I needed TEA from an OLD LADY to get into Saffron city as in the remakes they don't accept fresh water anymore, they only accept the old grannies tea.

Anyhow thats me now in Saffron and i've started going through Silph Co and to say the least i've been lost for a good few hours so i'll finish this "Dungeon" as I like to now call them to another day. Sandslash is like level 63 now.
