I think he was joking. If he goes through the trouble of making an explosive device to blow up $60 worth of N64 games, I think he would be wacked beyond a stranger's help on a forum. Yes, blow them up.

That is definitely strange for Wal-Mart to have them though. Obviously a used store would carry them, so I see what you are saying. That is lame of your Wal-Mart because those stores are usually up to date with the rest of the world. lol. I remember Toy-R-Us was the last people to carry NES, and I would visit their sad boxes from time to time, as nobody bought them and they were eventually taken out back and shot. (what happens to those games?? some lucky bastard might get them....)

I bought contra for NES about 1 year ago.........lol........local chain.

Pokemon gen4: I can swap my SECs to play but... chances are I already imported my pokes to gen 5 and honestly the loss of items is infuriating.

There aren't any Nintendo 64 games left at my local Wal-Mart locations. There are some at ebGames for less than $10 each I think, though. I still have my N64 that I got off eBay but it hasn't been used much since I bought it a few years ago and haven't bought any games other than the ones that were included; Pokemon Stadium and Snap. Obviously the games in EB were used.

I noticed in a local independent video rental / convenience store here in town there were still N64 games up for rent too. There were no Wii, PS3 or 360 games there. Just N64 and PS2. I guess not that many people have upgraded to the next generation consoles around here yet.
