These are from my own personal experiences of playing the SNES, as these are some of my favorite games:

Contra III: Alien Wars- Cool 2D Side scrolling shooter. It takes place in the future, as our planet is invaded by aliens, it's also Co-op too.

Rocky and Pocky- Another Cool 2d game, another co-op with a childish but cool storyline.

Megaman X- Classic game I had for the SNES, a must have for any Megaman fan.

Super Mario RPG- I think this is one of the first RPGs I have played as a child. It's an easy rpg to play (back then I saw it as difficult) and if you're the average RPG gamer, it'd probably take a couple days to beat.

Mac and Joe- A caveman game, in which you must save the damsel in distress, by taking down (boss) dinosaurs.

Super Mario World 3- No description needed.

Mario Is Missing- An educational game in which Luigi is looking for Mario by historical clues.

Final Fantasy 6 is bloody amazing if you're into RPG's. Also Chrono Trigger and Earthbound.
Also, pick up Earthbound if you're into surreal humour. I guarantee half an hour of playing it will leave you seriously spun out...

2. Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past - Classic
3. Super Mario World - Classic, most popular SNES game
4. Yoshi's Island (Super Mario World 2) - AWESOME!!!
5. Final Fantasy VI (III) - Challenging and good.
6. Super Mario All-Stars (Actually Super Mario Bros, Bros 2, Bros 3 and Bros Lost Levels - Might be NES releases)

Order of Difficulty (to me at least) from hard to easy

Didn't play many others... if they release Yoshi's Safari, it would use the Wii Zapper.

Mario Paint used the SNES Mouse, so if that were released, I don't know what it would use... Maybe someone releases a Mouse attachment for Wii.
